The Group

Since the beginning of 2001, Trisit has been part of the Gebrüder Achter Group . The companies within the Gebrüder Achter Group have decades of experience in the textile industry, working in the development of new textile and composite materials as well as innovative production techniques. The group also currently includes the companies Recytex, Silentium and Comp-tex. They all work together very closely, exploiting their common know-how to the full to create synergetic effects for the optimum solution of specific customer requirements.

Recytex (www.recytex.de) specialises in manufacturing non-wovens, hot-melt laminations and extrusion of fancy yarns, and has facilities in Germany, Spain, and the Czech Republic.

Comp-tex offers gel-derived, water-based, high-grade finishing agents for textiles, leather and paper (nano-scaled products).

Silentium (www.silentium-gmbh.de) is a specialist in sound and heat insulation products for maritime applications.
